Itamae, it's important that, once you tie up all the stuff you're doing write now, you make a list of the sort of content that is encouraged on all the boards. You should make a site directory that records all the rules. I would suggest that you do not make a sticky that consumes the front page of all the boards, as that hogs estate and diverts attention from new, active threads.
